Abstract

With the implementation of BPJS’S programs that replace Jampersal, then patientsatisfaction from cost faktors or foundation complete. Patient Satisfaction can be also assessedfrom the age of mother, education, employment and maternal parity use BPJS’S program. Thepurpose of this observation is for description the level of mother’s satisfaction towardimplementation of BPJS’S program in all clinic of Bengkulu city. The design that use is crossecsional with all of population pregnant mother that do examination in all clinic of Bengkulucity amount 115 people’s taken with Accidental sampling technic. Level analysis of satisfactionof pregnant mother toward implementation of BPJS based on the comparison of the distributionthe patient satisfaction that look from age, education, employment and parity also statistikanalysis with Chi Square test. The result of observation was not relation between age, education,employment of pregnant mother toward implementation BPJS’S program in all clinic ofBengkulu city, while parity analysis there is relation of maternal parity toward implementationBPJS’S program in all clinic Bengkulu city. Be expected medical employment can be improveimplementation BPJS’S program start from level of primer until the level of sekunder be betterthan before.

Abstract

Severe preeclampsia (PEB) is still one of the causes of maternal morbidity and mortality if not adequately treated. There are many things that affect the occurrence of PEB, some of which are maternal age, parity, gestational age and education. The high incidence of PEB in the 2016. Yunus Bengkulu District Hospital Obstetric Room in 2016. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of PEB in Yunus Bengkulu Public Hospital in 2016. The design of this study was using case control, with a maternal population 1070 people in 2016 with a sample of 162 people. The analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using Chi-Square test while multivariate analysis used Logistic Regression test. The results showed that there was a relationship between age, parity, gestational age and education with the incidence of PEB. The results of multivariate analysis showed that education had the most influential relationship to the incidence of severe preeclampsia.

Abstract

Abstract— ASI (Breast Milk) is a safe and suitable food for babies because it can prevent babies from the risk of gastrointestinal system disorders. Various methods used by postpartum mothers to increase milk production are Oxytocin Massage, IMD, Breast Care, frequency of breastfeeding (Bobak, 2005) and katuk leaf extract (ASI Fit) (Istiqomah and Setiawandari, 2017). The design of this study is quasi-experimental. The sample of this study was 30 respondents divided into 2 groups: 15 postpartum mothers given ASI Fit and 15 postpartum mothers given oxytocin massage. The research instrument used observation sheets. The analysis in this study used the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed the length of Transition ASI expenditure on postpartum mothers after being given Fit ASI and ASI massage for 1.87 days (1-3 days), the duration of Transition ASI expenditure on postpartum mothers after oxytocin massage which was 2.67 days (2-7 days) 4 days), there was a difference in the duration of expenditure for Fit ASI breastfeeding and oxytocin massage for postpartum mothers with p-value = 0.003 (p <0.05), transitional ASI expenditure in the Fit ASI group was faster than 0.800 days compared to the oxytocin group.
